Asked by Lisa Pratt. The problem is that the user cannot see their own video preview or the video of the other participants. Their webcam is working just fine so other attendees can see and hear them just fine. It is just the video in the virtual app session that is not displaying.

I know that this is technically not supported by Zoom or Citrix, but I also know that other's have it working in their environments. So, if you have it working in your environment, would you be willing to share information about your environment that may be able to help me find a clue? Other ideas?
